On December 21st, PJM made changes to their APC calculation method. We’ve incorporated these changes into today’s APC Reporter release. While most customers use this program as a Report Agent replacement, these changes highlight its original purpose: to be a low-cost APC calculation engine that lets you focus on analysis instead of keeping up to date with every little APC change the ISOs make. 

Also, the PAT and APC Reporter releases enable much more Gen-weighted analysis. Now you can see Gen-weighted LMP between any point to point in the APC Reporter. In the PAT, you can see Gen-weighted congestion analysis in the H-C tool. Check it out:
